To promote the growth and development of Ultimate, at all levels, in the state of Indiana.

The IUF will accomplish this by

• promoting the sportsmanship aspect of Spirit of The Game
• being an organization lead by capable, passionate leaders of our sport
• providing opportunities for players of all genders, ethnicities & ability
• operating in such a way as to consistently provide the three "C's" to our community: Connections, Clarity, Collaboration
• providing premier in-state events at each level of play
• providing both player and coaching clinics to increase our base of knowledgeable leaders
• providing opportunities for those outside the sport to more easily become a part of the community
• providing guidance and assistance with the challenges organizations may face at each level of play
• providing guidance or assistance for individuals or groups wishing to establish a team or league

1. To provide Connection. ​​​ Between community leaders and players, and for those outside of the Ultimate community to help them become involved with the sport of Ultimate.
2. To provide Clarity.  As a professional, purposeful organization directing the growth of Ultimate in Indiana and offering guidance for those in or outside of the sport as they move through the levels of play.
3. To provide Collaboration. As community leaders from each level of play work together for common goals, in hosting events and promoting the sport.
