IUF is proud to run recreational ultimate leagues all year round! Our leagues cater to all levels of playing abilities and are a great place to meet our community, learn more about ultimate, and get some healthy and fun exercise through sports. 

We offer the following adult leagues in the greater Indianapolis Area:

Winter Indoor League: January-March
Summer Leagues: May - August
Fall Indoor League: October-December
