Indiana University - Hoosier Mama'sFounded in the mid 70's, IU Ultimate is a club team operating through the university's recreational sports entity. The program consists of both an A team and a B team, which offer different levels of competition and commitment. Both teams, however, maintain a focus on teaching the sport while making it fun and competing both regionally and nationally. Practices and competitions span over both fall and spring semesters, and anyone is welcome to join, regardless of prior experience. In the college postseason tournament, IU consistently finishes in the top half of the region, and most recently attended nationals in 2007.

IUPUI - JaguarsThe Jaguars were founded in 2012 by a small group of Center Grove alumni. Since then, there have been several leadership/coaches changes, until settling where we are today.
The Jaguars are a team with a wide range of experience, from professional players to beginners, who are looking to build into a consistent program that competes at a high level within the state. We travel to 5-6 tournaments around the midwest each year, and practice on campus twice a week at IUPUI during the Spring. To get in touch with the team, contact Owen Miller at [email protected]. |
Purdue University - XpressXpress has been a university-recognized club sport since 1998 at Purdue that:
1) practices as a team to learn the sport of ultimate, and 2) travels to weekend-long tournaments in local cities to compete against women's teams from other colleges. Xpress is working to compete at a higher level each year and in the spring of 2014 placed 2nd at D-I Great Lakes Women's Regionals and in the fall of 2021 placed 3rd at D-I Great Lakes Women's Regionals. Given their proximity to the Indianapolis area, Xpress has a close relationship with the Indianapolis Ultimate community; many of their players drive to play in Indy summer, winter, and fall leagues and many also compete on Indianapolis' mixed club teams during the summer break. Email captains using the contact info below if you are interested in joining at a practice! No experience is required.
